The Tsunami - why did it happen and what can you do?
Every day when we wake up, we hear that the number of souls who passed on during this cataclysmic event on Boxing Day 2004 has increased.
Our sensitivity to the amount of casualties shuts down a little more on one level with every new body identified - remember when you were shocked at hearing 20,000 had died? - yet the sense of sadness and helplessness rises. As human beings on the planet, on a spiritual level, when one is in pain, so all of us are. It's how we are energetically connected and natural for us to also then view the loss in less than positive or philosophical terms.
Yet, we know that as healers - and we all are here in this lifetime to heal ourselves and through this, others - that it is crucial at this time to practice sending warmth, healing, confidence and calmness to those left behind, as well as to those in between lives.
However, all we can feel sometimes is sadness, anxiety and anger at the apparent slowness of countries to group together and make dynamic energy happen. It seems our world leaders are wandering around in a state of shock, like the rest of us. So many lives, in the space of minutes.
Leadership is essential at this time - and from each of us. It comes in the form of tuning in to a time, perhaps in a past life, when you were a powerful healer - and sending energy in the form of strong Light or the colour that comes up strongest for you, directly into the shattered auras of those who have lived through this.
Regardless of what that limited present life mind of yours is saying to you, you KNOW how to do this, deep inside yourself. Find a quiet space, open your crown chakra (visualise this as a lotus flower opening up to the light or perhaps as a bank vault door), ask your guide to specifically work with you, and open your heart.
Notice your first impressions and feelings. When it feels like you are done, close your crown chakra down to maintain your protection.
For those in spirit, they are already being worked on by countless mediums and healers and shamans throughout the world, and you can add your energy here also, by finding yourself in a great circle of healers and focusing on the centre of the circle which acts as a portal for the love coming from your heart.
On a karmic level, what we have to remember in the west is that we all have up to three choices on what types of lives we wish to incarnate into next time around. For instance, would you choose a long and healthy life in America, surrounded by creature comforts and plenty of money and various relationships? Or would you choose a challenging life that is much poorer and harder, without easy access to doctors, a well-paying job and equality of gender, but has a strong family connection running through it?
What if one life is organised in such a way karmically as to run over less time than the other?
When you think about it, Life is School and our lessons here are supposed to involve mess, pain, challenge, blood, sweat and many tears. Who wouldn't, among us, choose on a soul level, a life that is mercifully short rather than a long one?
So, life in many of the places the Tsunami has affected, is hard and many souls will pass on long before their Western counterparts. Karmically, they may well be choosing the fastest, most efficient path. For those left behind, this is another challenge in an already challenging life - again, karmically very powerful.
Life is about Letting Go. Apart from feeling our connectedness to other human beings, selfishly our fear and pain will be triggered by our own fears of losing loved ones and being lost ourselves.
Remember the limitless nature of all souls, and that everything we
experience here for ourselves and through others, is part of a cycle.
Move above the earth energy right now that is reverberating around the planet and do some good by sending calm, loving, harmless, powerful, healing energy. You know how to do it.
Perhaps this IS your life purpose.
Right now.
