World Center for EFT - Using the body's subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It applies to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name and it often works where nothing else will.

Utne Reader - One of my favourite magazines when I am in the USA, but when I am not, I'll read the website as it's always thought-provoking. The site has digests of independent ideas and alternative culture. Not right, not left, but forward thinking. They are interested in creating a conversation about everything from the environment to the economy, politics to pop culture.

Grace Cathedral - There are two labyrinths at this cathedral in San Francisco, one outside, one within - and both replicate the 800-year old path of the Chartres Cathedral labyrinth in France. I call labyrinth-walking a Celtic Vision Quest and urge you to experience it one day for yourself. Magnificent and powerful, this ancient path helps you unfold and clarify. The Rev. Lauren Artress is also an angel.

The Foundation for Shamanic Studies - Michael Harner is one of the voices in shamanism that you will, if doing your apprenticeship in this earthy energy, come across. I use his tapes in some of my shamanic workshops, and appreciate his intent.

Alternative Guide - The place to look to find out what's going on in the field of Alternative and Complementary Health and Healing throughout London and the South of England.
